I need your guy's HELP, PLEASE!
Ok ya'll know i just my car repaired. Anyways, the service manager told me that when he/or the mechinac took it for a final test drive that my transmission is making noise. He told me that sooner or later my tranny is going to be fockered up. He told me it'll be about $1800-2400CDN for a rebuilt one. OMFG, what a rip off. Soooo, i drove it home and i didn't really hear any different noises that he described. BUUUT, i kind of want to be on the safe side. SO i'm looking for a
-used 5 speed transmission for a 1991 Honda Accord my other debate is, should i A) sell the car (i could probably get around $3000cdn) B) keep the car and get a new tranny C) keep the car, get a h22a/etc and tranny to go with it the car has alot of km's on it but the body and interior is in top-notch condition..so, i need some honest opinions |

most of the h22a swaps come with a tranny, so might as well save from now for when the tranny goes. the usual h22 swap is about 2300 usd + shipping. as for what to do with your car it is your call. how much are u attached to it, what other problems do u have with it consideritng it is a 13 yr old cars, but then again one of the most fun cars to drive around from what i have driven so far ( and i drove quite a lot of cars)

just get the whole h22 swap at the same time with the tranny and then u should be all set with the engine and tranny.

its such a hard decision..i'm pretty damn attached to my car. I realize its 13 years old, but its been pretty damn good to me for the amount of kms on it. I mean, of COURSE i'd love to get a newer, nicer car, but i still get compliments and stares at my car (its not that great, but it looks pretty sleek) and its my baby
