Congrats on the 1st official "No F@cking Shit" award

http://story.news.yahoo.com/news?tmp.../food_portions

I'm always amazed to see what kind of mind bogglingly stupid study is being done and actually published. This, although early in the year, I believe will be the most obvious "no f@cking shit" study. It's sooooo horribly obvious and ridiculous I think it gave me cancer.

haha, good times.

I cant' believe that conducted that study. Although, if you work out and exercise regularly, you don't have anything to worry about.
