Help ASAP w/luggage

Anybody have experience with LL Bean luggage? Good stuff?

Anything else that's particularly recommended?

Thanks,

I would imagine LL Bean would have good luggage. I can't think of anything I've gotten from there that hasn't been anything short of nice. My luggage I believe is from Eddie Bauer. I haven't used it all that much but it seems to be good quality and sturdy.

Actually my dad had one of those hand bags or we and it's still holding up after one use so i guess it's ok.

Holding up after one use? haha. Although for any bag to hold up to 1 flight is a significant testament to its quality, unfortunately.

I went ahead and ordered the bag anyway, I can always return it. Just gotta figure out the bag situation b4 my trip.

LL Bean is Solid. I had two back packs which lasted forever, and my laptop bag/briefcase (which is from their luggage category) has been going strong for over two years with daily use including many trips.

Otherwise, my suitcases are Samsonite (expensive? yes, but they also last forever).

Go for it.

I don't know about their luggage, but I had a back pack from them that I used all through middle school and high school and it help up quite nicely. I still have it, 5 years out of high school, and it's still holding strong, although I only use it now for mini vacations and such.

So, where are you going on your trip if you don't mind me asking?
