I took the test twice and it asked me different questions each time... got 62% on both.

You are certainly no computer expert, but you can probably tell a keyboard from a mouse almost instantly. Hone those skills, learn to use Word and maybe even investigate email. Who knows, it might come in useful if you ever manage to get a job.
