Radar How do you beat it?

Detecting a scanner, a scanner being a passive device that listens to police radio? I mean it's very possible, theoretically. I'm highly surprised to hear of the detection being used. Then again, I guess if they're illegal and the cops are serious about keeping them off the streets for any reason then they'd invest the money in detection devices.

Sounds like you shoulda gotten the jammer. Haha. But then again, if you passed the cop and didn't know about him, then he woulda found out you were speeding anyways and maybe found the jammer (not a big deal unless they're illegal).

I've thought about getting a detector, but I don't know many people to have gotten pulled over with one and NOT gotten a ticket. I've been in a few cars pulled over without jammers and none of them got tickets. I didn't get the ticket the one night I was pulled over either.
