Any good tires for 14" civic HX alloys??
I know, 14" rims are weak, but I can't afford an upgrade at this time, and I do like the fact that my rims are half the weight of most the 17" I see out on the street.
Anyhow, I need to start looking for a new set of tires for my HX and wanted to ask around for suggestions. I've had trouble finding street performance tires that will fit my rims. Since I first bought the car, I've been running on Pirelli P6000 Sport Veloce tires. These have worked well for me for the past 2 years, but I was wondering, is there something better (grip wise) without being overly pricey or with a having a short life-span? Thanks for the suggestions in advance. |

well what do u look for in the tires ? just look at the tire specs in this forum and decide for yourself. the higher the speed rating, better they stick to the road. one advice for brands: don't get bridgestone/firestone. go witl goodyear or dunlops

i have pirellli p400's on my factories, and they seem to work pretty well. they corner as well if not better than my falken's that are 30mm wider but the straight line grip isn't neary as good
