This has been a rumor for a while now. My ex-wife used to work for a Honda/Acura dealer. She said that there is a big possibility that this will happen since theere are so many other powerful imports out here now, such as the WRX and EVO. As the column says, these cars are called Honda Integra TypeR in Japan. Over here in USDM land, it will keep the Acura badge and the RSX-R logo......

the us doesn't sell the 2002+ type-r's yet.
they like to f*ck around and change sh*t up... that goes for ALL car manufactures. |

heh, if you look all the acuras went to like weird notations tl, rl, tsx so the integra was called rsx just to keep up eith the rest of the company line
