any suggestions??
i just bought a 1990 integra ls. i want to start right off by getting more power maybe an engine swap. what would be a cheap engine that has a good amount of power or should i jsut keep whats in it and modify it? this is my first car so any help would be appreciated.

The best way to get power in my opinion is turbo. U would be better off doing that then doing a swap.

Well first off how many miles are on the car? id say if its over 100,000 then either do a rebuild or sure u can do a swap if u have the $$$$. You could do a B16sir or you could do either a GSR swap and if ur reallllllllly rich u can do the Type R B18C5 swap. Adding power well first off get some basic bolt-on's such as as exhaust, intake, header, highflo cat, ect. But if ur doina engine swap then wait until u find a engine to ur liking.

Nah i doubt the turbo at 6psi would do a lot of damage. but if the car hasn't been abused then ur good.
