JDMERS. Please please Im desparate.

Ok i was thinking. I like my new hatch and all, but, my boss wants to use it basically as a billboard since we did all the work at his shop. And I wont drive it like that. SO.

Heres my proposition.

I am in love with the new civic Type R's. The 02-04.

Ok, now, i want to know where I can get one, cause I cant find them anywhere. And can anyone gimme some stats on them?

the new CTR has the same motor as a RSX type S - get the type S.

Better yet, for the price, get a new wrx. or for 4k more, get an EVO

^Get real, you didnt buy that car. If you DID buy the car, you should tell your boss to f*ck off and that he can't use YOUR car as HIS billboard. I am willing to bet that he/thecompany you work for bought the car as a banner car for the company, and you just got to drive it for a while...

......or.....he did all the work on it for free after I bought it. THus it techniqually gives him the right to do whatever he sees fit.

A. He doesn't have ANY rights for doing something for free... it may burn a bridge but he doesn't have a foot to stand on legally speaking...

B. Highlander... does that mean if your Rents' made you put a banner on your car for their business you'd do it? JFWY.

Oh... and who has CTR's here in america...

I'm sure some magazines do but how many individual owners do??

They're hard to import because of highway safety B.S. that costs LOTS of money to make a foriegn car legal here...

Some major stuff and LOTS of little b.s. like the tails and side markers for most foriegn cars don't have reflectors which are required in the u.s. etc etc.

It generally costs LOTS of money to import a used car from overseas... much less a brand new one.

I know its a joke, but they didnt buy it for me as a banner car, and if they told me they wanted to put a banner on it, I'd tell them they could have the car, but I wanted the 20k back that they didnt put into it...

1500 type-r's? in the us alone? you're talking about a rhd jdm type-r correct? they are not legal, you'd have to pay up the ass to have it converted to us dot specs and the insurance on it would be insane. just go ahead and get a skyline if that's what you're shooting for, at least motorex will have taken care of everything for you already.

or just convert an si...
