Went to track last night to watch

I went to the 1/4 mile track last night to watch the races. I didn't drive so I didn't get any times but there were some nice cars there. Here is a list of some of the cars I saw, and their times:

01 Lightning: 12.76
Supercharged Civic Si: 14.5
S2000 w/ Intake, Exh, VAFC, and CF hood: 14.3
WRX w/ intake: 14.0
Turbo Type R running 12 lbs boost: 13.7
Turbo GSR running 14 lbs boost: 13.3@108
01 BMW M3: 13.2 bone stock
4 Door Accord w/ H22a: 14.79
Supercharged GTi VR6: 13.2
240 sx w/ SR20 swap: 13.7

I was so dissapointed with all the Preludes there. The fastest one only ran a 15.4 and the slowest ran low 16's all night. There were a lot of civics with GSR swaps running low to mid 14's. The track was really crowded for some reason but it was a lot of fun.

Yeah, the guy in the M3 was just sitting in his car listening to music. He pulled up to the line ran a 13.2 and then left the track. I guess he just wanted to know how fast the car was. All we could do is sit there and drool over his car while he was in line.

I don't think it had temp tags or dealer, but that would have funny if it did.

13.2 for a stock BMW. Damn-I would love to have that. Anyway, as long as you had fun and enjoyed yourself; thats all that matters.

I wish we had a track here. Well we do....but it's not a serious one. it sux. When people go there they race the 1/4 then rub their times off but leave their numbers on their windows. Ricers suck. hahaha but the funny thing is...it's usualy mustangs and camero's and trans am's. Hicks suck.
