B18c swap

I'm thinking of slapping a B18c into my 97 Civic LX, but I'm wondering a few things.

Will the engine go in easily?
Do I need to get a new computer?
Do most places sell the transmission with the engine?

And finally, my Civic is an automatic, and I want a 5 speed really bad. Is it hard to put a clutch pedal into an automatic?

1) Yes
2) Get the ECU that comes with your new motor
3) Yes
3a) order from www.hondamotorsonline.com and you will get everything you need, or go to a junkyard and find a wrecked integra and pull the motor out of it.
4) have a professional do the auto to 5spd swap, it shouldnt cost more than $500. It will cost you less in labor to do both swaps @ the same time.
