Amp Question

Hey everyone, I just brought 2 Alpine Type R 6.5 components w tweeters, 2 Alpine Type R 6x9 and one 10" Alpine Type R sub. My first question is whether or not I should have 2 amps; one for the speakers and one for the sub or should I go with one big amp for the sub and speakers? If I do go with the 2 amps, should I upgrade my battery and alternator?

Please help. Thanks!!!

both are possible..

there are couple of good 5 channel amps on the market.. (kicker)..

but depending on your budget, a 2 amp setup will probably cost you less.. Considering you need a sturdier amp for the sub and not so sturdy will do for the cabin speakers.

No need to touch the alternator.
Your amp will have to push roughly 600w rms.. so the requiered amperage should be relatively low..

Ok ,

I will most likely go with the 2 amp setup.

Thanx
