B20B Vtec Build Help

i'd print all of your articles. Its so useful for me to start my project.

Could you give me some guidelines for getting maximise power from my B20B CRVTec engine?..what is good stroker kits and settings for that. But still need a safety precautions on my engine. I don't want my engine will not long lasting. Like the others CRVTec owner. Pls do not hesitate to e-mail me my friend. acidburns_di@yahoo.com.
