why?
Why is it that all the nice people take so long to meet each other? You ever think about how many people you meet who aren't really nice? Now think about the people you meet who stay being nice? Now think about all the people who you thought were nice but arent.
Ah yes the not so nice people out weigh the nice people... i wonder why that is? |

uh oh *Quin holds out arms pointing to the left* I'm detouring that one real quick.
There are some genuinely nice people out there. Not all of us are leaches. Although, I know they are out there too. But it sux for nice people to be hardened by them cuz then us nice people might not get the chance to show you how nice us nice people are... Um...yea? Is anyone following that? haha |

I think you just may be looking for the wrong things in people and not seeing their trueselves, or just looking int he wrong places for friends/gf's. Of course, it's still hard because people [ualways change as time progresses, you learn more and more about them, it's like that with everyone, not just some people. This is a hard question, but I think it's because everyone tries hard in the beginning to be a bit better than they really are to impress their friends/gf's, and in the end their true self comes out. But that's only what I think.
Oh, and pretty much everyone has issues. Some are just more visible than others, some people just admit they have them more than others, and some people just have worse issues than others. But everyone has them! |

LMAO! It was a little confusing but I know what you're saying Rob...I used to be a really nice person but I think I've turned into a little bit of an asshole from being taken advantage of by people who weren't nice to me....

But if they stop treating me with respect and what not they dont get nice rob anymore. Same goes for girls, just i cut them a little bit more slack because they well... ya know. |

dude its cause we be robs and your not dimitry, yes everyone has problems but issues i'm not sure. I consider issues to carry more weight then problems but either way. You can find people who dont have as big issues and them are the types of people that become life long relationships. |

Stefan keep your name Stefan...I like it (no offense to either Rob...I like your name too) Rob...I'm not really sure that I completely understand your post...but most of the people I tend to meet are actually nice people. I don't know if I'm just a fairly good judge of character or what. Sure not all the nice people I know do great things, but that doesn't mean they aren't nice. I dunno....

I think there's a lot of nice people, a lot of not nice people, and a lot of people in limbo. Most people I meet end up in limbo. They're not really nice, but they're not mean or bad either, they're just neutral and bland, kinda like rice cakes, yeah.
The truly nice people are harder to meet and harder to filter from the rest. Lots of people are nice here and there, or nice for a reason rather than being nice people. Not to mention lots of nice people I know don't trust everyone that well. Sure they're nice, but they realize that not everybody is and some people will just take advantage of you in a bad way if you're too nice. If you're nice ya gotta know when to draw the line.... b |
