I wonder if he passed?
I was reading the paper yesterday, and found this little blurb about a "local" kid and his driver's test:
Kinda a tragic story...but seriously, I wonder if he passed? (Oh, and if you know anything about Dearborn, Mi...you know that "rug store" is correct, and not a typo for "Drug store") |

Yeah F that ... I don't want people with seizures driving...
A couple kids in my school had them... one noone knew about until he had one... and even then they didn't really know for a minute or two... He was doing some school tv show we used to produce and he just stopped talking into the camera and started to drool... no shaking or anything...

Well legally if he had a seizure he can't drive for at least another 6 months anyway. Most people with seizure disorders can feel them coming and know better than to operate a car if they feel it coming on. Maybe he just got really nervous and it hit him out of nowhere. Either way...sucks to be that kid.
As for whether or not he passed...it's Michigan. I'm sure he did, seizure and all.

A lot of people seize when they are under stress. People with epilepsy sometimes can feel a seizure coming on. But their Aura only lasts for 0.5-1.0 seconds so their time frame for actually doing something about it is very limited. And here. People with seizure disorders that are known. Usually don't get their licences.
