Air/Fuel ratio

When u add more air induction to ur engine what and how will get more fuel added to add horse? i mean i thought the more air u crame in there the more fuel is burned quicker which produces more horse? I'm probably wrong. Can anyone help me out?

if u add more air to the engine thru a turbo or SC you need to put more fuel. i think every turbo kit will come with some device that will let more fuel into the engine so the engine won't run rich.
