Does it fits in tm 93 hatch with out changing the intake manifold, and what is thebest time i would do in a 1/4 mile

no, it wont fit. You would either need an ls (b18b) manifold or a b20z "low-end-torque-adder" manifold.

How fast? ...7seconds flat
This isnt a e-racing forum; please dont ask "how fast will I go?"
There are far too many variables anyway...elevation,temperature, weight, tires, tire pressure, other mods, engine condition, track condtions, weather, how well you drive, how good the clutch is, etc.
The only way to tell is to run it. Or go on google and see what others with the exact same setup are running.

so

so your saying that a 98 B20B4 wont fit in the hatch or u dont know if u dont,................Dont say anything and i got and LS for sale Im going B20 Turbo thats , what changes do i need to make for it to fit

I know it wont fit w/o changing the intake manifold.
Like I said, you need an ls or b20z manifold to close the hood.
(man your posts are sometimes really hard to understand)

I hope you plan on resleeving the b20b because it will only take around 6psi before they crack.
