wow, my local dealer forbids STi test driving. They said, cars with that kind of price tag deserve strict low mileage. I still dream I can even test it. WRX are fast too though, not STi fast, but fast.

A few nights ago, at a local racetrack, I saw an STi run the quarter mile in mid 13s. It looked real stock too, considering, they probably have the best turbo possible, which doubts the factor of a custom turbo.

i would love to have an sti how great is it to beat a mustang gt v8 with half as many cylinders it makes them look stupid.

Then you haven't used an electronic boost controller before. Or even a dual stage for that matter.

With an electronic boost controller such as Greddy, you can specify the boost in EACH gear. Gradually stepping it up as you go. I think you see my point.

Well the engine is in the front and when your going fast on the freeway, the back of the car skips atleast that's what I felt in a Mustang. To avoid spinnig out if you start to loose grip on a turn you should keep pressing the throttle through the turn, unless its a high end porsche (your tail can spin out if you throttle too soon).
