Intermittant Operation
I have been experiencing pulsating/shaky misfire type operation from my 1990 Honda Accord. I have changed the fuel filter, spark plugs, wires, distributor cap, rotor and still have the same symptoms. It is more prevalent at 1500-2500 rpm's and smooths out over 2500 rpm's.
Any suggestions? |

check your plugs again. I'll bet you they're fouled. Check your timing, and then when you fix your timing, you might as well change your 02 sensor too, cause itll be screwed up most likely.

You talking about slight power surges/lapses? Is this just a new problem?
I have some noticeable surges/lapses in my acceleration at low RPM's, like below 3k but mostly noticeable from 1-2.5k. I believe it is more a result of the power/torque curves than anything else. b |
