Tein Super Street & EDFC
Ok, a few things. I'll put numbers on them to simplify things
1. Why does everyone love Tein? 2. Anybody have experience with the SS and 6th gen Accord? If yes, please explain. If no, please skip to next question. 3. Do you know if the EDFC is available for 6th gen Accord w/ Super Streets? 4. Any reason not to get Super Streets first, and then get wheels later? I'm thinking of just getting the coilovers and EDFC (if available) and putting them on my ride. I plan to keep it at stock ride height until I get new wheels. Shouldn't be a problem, right? 5. Will I need/want pillowball mounts? 6. Will I need any special tools to install? Is it easily done alone or with a friend, or does it require more professional assistance? b |

I don't have an answer but someone at www.accordclub.com will. Check out the 6th gen section, there are a bunch of guys that have all the expensive goodies on their cars. Post you question there, I'm sure you'll get a lot of answers. |

Apparently nodoby cares....but in case anybody does a search, I'll include the info.
I contacted Tein about putting the EDFC in the 6th gen sedan. They said it's a no-go, won't fit under the hood. b |

I'm new so this will be my first post hear.
Well I can't say for other people but I have them. They are VERY close to stock. I've had them about 2.5 to 3 weeks. They are just starting to settle in. In case you don't know they are adjustable shocks. Up to 15 I have the back on 10 and the front on 12. If you wont check out http://www.v6accord.com . I usually hang out there. There are a LOT of thread's on it there. I noticed they are very sporty feeling. A bit stiffer than stock, so when I take a turn they hold up VERY nicely. If you have any other questions just ask. check out my Sig for my other mod's. |
