h222 or b seriers?
alright my car is a 94 civic 4 dr and i am deabting between a b18 or the h22. I need your guys input the car is my daily driver/winterbeater. if i do the b18 i think im gonna have to forced induction to get the power i want. The h22 has massive torque and hp stock so i wouldn't need any thing extra. They will cost about the same. What do you guys think?

The H22 swap will be harder to do and a little more expensive. How much power do you want? You'll also lose power steering with the H22(not that much of a problem though)
If you just need the extra power every so often, just get nitrous with the B18c1. |

the gsr engine is generally 500$ more than the lude. go with the b28c if you have a plenty of cash (especially if turbocharging-thatll double cost of engine). it keeps your car more drivable than dropping the massive h22 in. you wont have to worry bout power steering or possibly ac and other alternator run accessories.
of course, if it was me, id get the h22 and turbocharge it, forget all those silly luxuries |

The lower price of the H22 will look good at first but the price of upgraded axles will bring the price right back up with the B18c1 then there's other extra's that you need with the H22 swap.

The h22 left stock will be cheaper than the b18c1 with a turbo. Won't be as fast either, but high 13's is pretty fast.
