96-00 Civic cold air intake
need a little help here...i am not going to buy a cold air intake i am going to have a muffler shop bend some aluminum...could anyone tell me how long and where and what degree the bends are in the tube?

i'd say just copy an aem one as close as possible, i am guessing their millions of dollars of research did a decent job so if you closely copy theirs you should be good.

Why does he have to be kidding you?
you're aware that TONS of people do that for custom turbo piping instead of buying a kit right?... as long as it's 2.5-3" it'll be fine.

There isnt anything wrong with making one...its the same stuff...ill make you happy dude...i get the polished aluminum pipe and put an aem sticker on it...
