spring install problem
i have a set of adjustable springs and they dont work on my stock shocks. eventually i was planning to upgrade my shocks but i was gonna wait a little, but i guess im gonna have to. do all aftermarket shocks have a flat base for the spring to sit on? thats what the problem is. the stock shocks have a cup for the spring and my new ones wont work. any help would be appretiated. thanks in advance.

my shocks are stock and the springs have a sleeve with two adjuster rings. i dont really know what they would be called. the brand is "Drop Zone" today i looked at some stock shocks from a newer civic and they looked like they would work with the springs and they look likethey would work on my car. does anyone know if the newer shocks will work on my car?

I had a set of Skunk coilovers.. The Koni Yellows work great with the cause the perches come off (im not sure if the Koni Reds work the same way, they are cheaper then the yellows..) The front perches worked fine, but I had to flip the rear ones over and let it set on them like that. Come to find out there was a ring for the back to get them to work correctly..
