The longest sleep
What is your longest sleep?
I went to sleep on 12:30AM and I woke up at 14:00PM. That's my longest sleep. |

when I was a kid we went to norway and I fell asleep as soon as we got there (around 8:00 am) I woke up the following day at 7 am...
so about 23hrs... It was mostly due to jetlag and the time difference... The most I ever slept otherwise was about 16-17hrs... I had stayed up for 2days straight.

I used to skip nights of sleep all the time when I was younger but now it really kills me...
When I was in 5th grade I used to sneek downstairs and watch TV ALL NIGHT... then sneak back up into bed right before my mom would get up to wake me up for school.... the most consecutive hours I've been awake is well over 48 but not 3 full days. you start to quasi halucinate...

19 hours. Situation given below
Twice in college, I (along with lots of my peers) were awake and on our feet for 48 consecutive hours (no sitting, no sleeping, no kidding). Why? For Charity. (I suspect some of you might know what event I'm talking about, it has been covered nationally. Also, it is not meant to brag, but to draw attention to the fact that in spite of the bad rap that college students seem to get, there is a lot of caring that happens.) |
