city lights and gauge intallation

i was wondering if any of you guys know where i can find some instructions to install a oil pressure gauge? like a diagram or some where on the internet or if you guys have detailed pictures help me out plz.

also i was wondering if you guy know how much city lights cost?
and where i can get them for cheap.
