yeah I believe you are right on that Fmax has a kit and they do normally run in th range of 3-3500..Unless you might be able to find someone w/ one that's used w/ a few miles...

good luck..that's a decent motor to boost cause of lower compression...

build a custom kit, cost factor is considerably lower, looking at between 1500 and 2000. Do your research on a turbo before you jump into it, learn what a turbo does to your motor and what it can do to your motor!!!

about pre-fab kits, i know they could be more expensive, but this kit i found says it comes with everything:

You've wanted more power. Now you can have up to 100 more horsepower from this explosive bolt-on turbo kit. DRAG Generation 3 Kits consist of these HIGH QUALITY parts: Super efficient and powerful Garrett T04/T3 turbocharger; 4 into 1 cast turbo manifold; Turbonetics Deltagate wastegate; Custom 2.5 inch down pipe; Wastegate dump tube; Larger efficient front mount intercooler; Chrome one piece intercooler and turbo piping; High flow performance fuel pump; Vortech boost dependent fuel pressure regulator; HKS Super Sequential blow-off valve; All necessary plumbing; MAP bypass valves; High flow intake filter and piping. The DRAG turbo systems come with everything you'll need to transform your Accord into a reliable force-induced super car.

If you decide to fab your own, expect to hit a few problems. I've done about 5 custom set-up already. I'm even having problems with mine.....
