Cold air intake for me?
hey hows it goin? i have an '02 Civic ex, and its an automatic. I have seen that AEM makes at least 2 different cold air intakes for 5 speed, which i wish i had, but what about my auto? Any advice on what to get?

This is a link to Team Sol's website. They have a how-to on making your own CAI, close to AEM quality (tuned)http://www.teamdelsol.com/howto/coldair/diycoldair.htm
I link the idea, and my do it for my g/fs del sol. I imagine the same concept could apply to any vehicle, you just have to know where the bends need to be. (BTW: I checked JCW for the mandrel bent tubing, and yes they still sell it, but its a little pricier than what the guy who wrote the how-to said. Its still better than laying down 200+ for the AEM name.) |

unless there is a major difference in the layout of the engine and tranny in the engine bay, the cai will work for yours as well regardless of at or mt.

oh yeah?
WELL, if Injen makes one, but AEM doesn't make one for my particular model. I really want CAI, so is Injen good/bad/okay? Will it be worth my money?
