fpr setting???

what fuel pressure is everyone running? i have a stoch. meter(air/fuel) and a fuel pressure, ive got 42-43 at idle and 50 at wot. im in the rich area of the a/f meter at wot, but what should i be at? is 43 psi good? will lower or higher hurt/help anything? i know performance, but gas milage or engine? etc?

My B&M says 30psi at idle. That's at stock fuel pressure.
Edit:However I just put on an AEM fpr and fuel rail and AEM says that their fpr is set at 40 psi from the factory based on a perfect running honda fuel system.
