input please on this s/c
Well right now i am running the Jackson Racing Supercharger on my LS as most of you know. But i have some issues with it. First and for most i am running very very rich to the point to where black sh*t pours out of the exhaust. I have asked tons of people who know about forced induction and i keep getting different answers. How can i get it to stop running so rich. Also times at the track are really bad. Only things i have done to the car are:
Thermal Classic cat-back exhaust MSD 8.5mm plug wires Centerforce Stage 2 Clutch Iceman converted to short ram B&M fuel pressure gauge Thats about it. WE have tried to play with the fmu and watched the fuel pressure gauge some. Also this is a newer motor i just did. I got rid of the stock one that came in the car and found a LS with only about 30K on it. We didnt do too much with timing cause it was already set at 10 degrees but we bumped it up 11. I really dont know what else to do with this. But if u have any more questions or any input that would be great on what else i need to do thanks.

maybe run a smaller hose so the fmu doesn't see as much pressure. also you could get a safc or the hondata 2b

At idle the fuel pressure is at around 50 i believe. Well people has told me to ditch the fmu and do the safc. But one thing i wana know. Should i go ahead and hookup my a/f ratio gauge to see what i am running at cause i am about ready to go out and see what i can do with it. I know i need to get my header and i wana do the upgrade on the pulley. I got a free fuel pump from a friend who has a teg too. its a Walbero 342. So i need to go pick this up this week sometime.

Well isee i duno when ill be able to get it. I dont have any money at this time and probs wont for here soon once i get all this other shit. Oh and i also hooked up the a/f ratio gauge tonight. Stays at rich when temp is all the way down. at ide at normal operating temp it goes back and fourth from rich to lean like it should. When i get on it it goes all the way to rich again.
