Removing front bumper..

Sounds nice and easy.. done it a bunch of times before
But now that my car is lowered I can't get the 2 screws near the fenders.
I'm thinking I may need to jack the car up a bit but I was wondering if there is an easier way.

Ps-Im removing the bumper to change my headlights. Is there a way to go around removing the bumper at all? (doubtful)

This is for your 5G Civic? If it's anything like my 6G Civic, you might be able to turn the wheels to allow the screwdriver to get between your tire and the fender. That's what I had to do when I was removing my bodykit. The fender and tire were too close, so I just turned the wheel in the appropriate direction, and it worked out fine. Might be different on a 5G, but that's how I did it on my 6G.

I ended up havin to jack up each side of the car and unscrew the screws with a tiny screwdriver. I tried the tire thing but it was enough room to fit the screwdriver and my hand there to unscrew it.
