Pictures from the past few days...

First, my car got backed into in a parking lot at a car-meet. It really sucks. The shop I took it to estimated $943 for a new door and repainting the side of the car to match colors. Pretty sucky, especially since I didn't need a new driver's door :\

Second, I got my headers and installed them yesterday. It was relatively easy, except getting the bolts off required some air-tools. Unfortuently the car sounds the same, but the butt dyno notices a little power gain.

And, just a few other pictures:
Racing Zone's employ's cars...

A car I see all the time around town, don't know who owns it.

A few more install pics:

Anyway, that's all I have for now...

Yea... I felt sorry for the kid, he's only 16, working at Sonic's, trying to save up for his own car. But he's the one that ran into me afterall.
I had told him that it's up to him if he wants to claim it on insurance or pay for it out of pocket. Well, the first estimate was $947 (at my friend's dad shop) and $1270 at a national chain.
Well, I told him that, and he said he would get back to me. And today, he's like "yea, well I talked it over with my dad and he knows some people with body shops and wanted to pay for it out of pocket."
I want it done right, the first time, and don't want a half-ass job. Pretty much, I am going to tell them unless they want to pay for the $950 job, plus pay for my rental car in the mean time, they will have to claim it. Otherwise, I'm the one getting screwed when he ran into my parked car.

Edit: Sorry if I'm rambling, I'm tired...

On top of that, I was hoping to just get the $1200 from the insurance company, sticking it away for a little while, and saving up for a paint job and body kit (the $1200 would put me like 1/2 way there).
