how hard is the swap? and what do i need to completel it legally? and ho much?

you're talking about a lot of money and a lot of time. Take some time to do some Google searches on the subject. And when your finished, I'm sure you'll ask about something else, NSX motor swap perhaps?...

I'm sure I could just drop it in and it'd be fine...but not legal of course. my friend dropped a b18c1 in his rex and it worked perfect except that he needed to get it smogged adn that wasn't gunna happen unless he got it barred but first installed correctely with obd 2 n shit. |
