Indiviual throttle bodies

I'm gonna make this short and sweet. Is it possible to run an indivdual throttle body setup with a turbo????

Where would the charge pipe connect to?
I am speaking under my breathe and i am gonna have to say no its not possible.
If you wanna turbo look into a custom sheetmetal intake manifold or the JG intake manifold... ITB's are designed for All-Motor applications

in my opinion, i think it is possible to turbocharge individual throttle bodies... just off the itb, you'll need a common plenum to charge each throttle body... kinda like turbocharging a carberated motor... i'm not quite sure how the results would be but it'll be a cool project... YOU CAN TURBOCHARGE just about ANYTHING!!!

People do it....

It just allows more flow into the head..

There's a company that makes a turbo suitable "box" that goes over the itb's and has a inlet pipe for the charge piping.

it could be done, but i don't see the point. ITB's do a few things. first, with a single throttle body, the farthest cylinders from the TB are more likely to be starved for air. ITB's prevent this. second, the sum of the diameters of all the ITB's can be greater than a single TB, increasing volume of intake air. third, they eliminate any turbulent airflow in the intake manifold. by putting a common plenum on them, you're basically going back to a single TB intake manifold, minus the butterfly valve and a few other little parts. so basically, putting the common plenum on the ITB's defeats the whole purpose of using ITB's in the first place.
