Is this true or not....
My prelude needs an allignment...I was told by several mechanics, that since my car is dropped...they will not mess with it. I've been to Midas, Firestone, Tuffy, etc. And they have said no. What should I do?

You have to find a place that aligns by a laser. The guys that have themachine you role up on cant because the car scrapes i think. Just look arouond town to see who aligns witha gun or a laser. Its hte old fashione way I believe.

I go to place that does lowered cars and lifted car no problem and even advertises it on their business cards. Oh wait, you live in florida, so I guess I can't help. But yeah, just go to an independent specialty shop if you can find one. Theres no incline so u I didnt scrape BUT my rims got kinda scratched. Oh well though, I had no choice.

Ask your shop where you bought your springs where they recommend you take it.
Also, I recommend finding a place that aliigns by hand, not by laser. Laser allows +/- 1 degree to be within factory specs. Having it done by hand assures it will be done dead on. |

wow that's weird. i thought lasers were supposed to be top notch, and they use them to guide torpedos and warheads with no error, but you get 1 degree off for a wheel

My car is pretty low. I spend most of the time slowing down and avoiding road hazards than I do enjoying the open road.
My car was dropped like 2 years ago and I have had no problems. It was recently that I changed my front tires, and then after that I noticed the car pulling to the right...a few days later, my steering wheel would rest about 11 o'clock with my wheels straight. Could be my camber kit or something? |

i'd say your caster is messed up, and it's realtively easy to adjust, you just need the bumper removed.

How do I go about doing that? I had my car on a lift the other day and I noticed that the rear driver side tire is wearing out a little more towards the inside of the tire. All of my other tires are wearing out evenly...do you think that is were the problem is? |

if the inside of the tire is wearing out it's a camber or toe problem. caster problems are usually associated with the suspension being rough on bumps and losing control in corners.
