Project car for Civicspeed.com
I am using a 86 crx si for a project car for my website. I am supposed to be getting a 88 integra for $150. I am swapping the motor, all the supension, and computer. If any one has any comments or suggestions let me know.

That should be a pretty fun little car. I had a 91 CRX SI. I wish I woulda kept it now. I put a new clutch in it, and it would break traction in 3 gears with nothing else done to the motor. Not even intake. Id love to have a CRX again.

I had the exact same swap in my 87 CRX and I blew up my engine. I am going to be installing a 1.8 litre engine now. I need to find out if I can still use my C.V. accels or if I need to buy different ones. If I dont need them anymore, I'll sell them. They are in mint condition and you are going to need them. Oh, I also have a transmission, hubs and rear motor mount that you could use. And a modified shift linkage if I can't reuse it.

Iv done it
iv done this swap and man it go's together so sweetly my crx is an 85 SI the Si is the best for the swap all the extras fuel pump and lines and all that stuff dont have to be put in there already there you will love this swap but dont forget to swap axles sway bars tortion bars suspention E-brake lines and all that fun stuff if I can help at all just PM me
