first car...
Hey, this is my first tiem on here, hows everyone doin...
just lookin for some advice i'm buyin my first car in april, and i spent a good few hours in the repair shop to know the basics. I have about 8k to spend before mods, is it a better choice to go with a recent prelude or an integra, as far as everyday driveability and tuning upgradeabilitiy? thanks |

welcome to HS...glad to have you aboard.
Well between those 2 vehicles w/ the Prelude you are looking at an H22,2.2 litre DOHC, and the Intergra will have a B18 more then likelyw/ a 1.8 litre DOHC. You will find probably a few more mods that will be available for the integra then the prelude but will depends on what mods you may look to do and what you wish to accomplish w/ the ride... Hope this may help a litle and see you around the boards... |

B18a and B18b is really about the same. I say go for the Teg. I have nothing against prelude. By looing around, it seems that the Teg has more aftermarket parts than the Lude....
