its all rebates. you hafta pay the regular price at the store then you get a rebate form you send away for the money back. and most of the stuff that is marked down drastically is only good for a few hours. open to 10am-12pm something around in there. Bestbuy is opening at 6am, Compusa and OfficeMax at 7am. not sure on Staples, circuit city.. etc. |

Yeah Best Buy's line was crazy. So I left and went to Staples.
Got 17" monitor & some memory. But like the smart person I am, I ordered everything I wanted from Compusa at 12:15am. The website had all the deals the store did & free shipping. Also hit up GNC because they had 50% off all massagers.

I actually got up early just to see if its as bad as the movies and tv make it out to be. So I went to Wal-mart at 6:00am to get a vcr for my grandma. I got there at 6:01 and the lot was full. Inside there were so many people all shoving and pushing others around with their carts. It was a madhouse. People were freaking out and it was only the first day of true holiday shopping. People were grabbing things out of others carts for gods sake...I'll never do that again.

Bah, I doubt my 1600+ and TI4200 will hit that even when I water cool it. I just need a new case to fit the water cooling stuff in. Until then, one of my folding rigs is sitting on my desk being water cooled No case of course
