Which is the best deal
hey guys. curious to know which you think is the best of these two deals for my 98 civic ex coupe.
Honda Acura Integra B18C 98-00 Integra Type- R and is 5300 shipped - DOHC VTEC 4 Cylinder 16 Valve • Hydraulic LSD Transmission • Redline: 8900 rpm • Diplacement: 1797cc • Torque: 134 lb-ft@7500 • Horse Power: 210hp@8000 • Compression Ratio: 11.0:1 This engine comes as a COMPLETE swap with tranny, ECU, motor etc... Ship time is 5-10 business days and can be tracked on this site. Engine is JDM with approx. 35-45K miles on it. Or... Honda Acura Integra B18C 94+ GS-R and is 3350 shipped - DOHC VTEC 4 Cylinder 16 Valve • Hydraulic Transmission • Redline: 8200 rpm • Diplacement: 1797cc • Torque: 129 lb-ft@6200 • Horse Power: 180hp@7600 • Compression Ratio: 10.6:1 This engine comes as a COMPLETE swap with tranny, ECU, motor etc... thats a hit out of the ball park, b18c1 fo' sho.
can be built to go NA or Turbo without breaking your bank, and still provides a kick while you choose which route to go.

engine installs are based on knowledge so i couldnt really tell you how much time itd take you to install a motor.
it says......COMPLETE SWAP. but you'll need an extension welded onto the exhaust i believe.....or some of it cut off, i forget. go C1.....c5 + turbo takes a lot of tuning to run nice....a LOT of tuning. to be honest though......if its not going to take long for you to go turbo, id snatch up a B16A w/ LSD instead. |

if you have a friend or 2, all the tools, the swap should be done in about 8 hours. go with the gsr b18c1 motor. a red valve cover and and extra 20 horses isn't worth an extra $3k.
