Viper alarm programming

How do I program my alarm to be more sensitve? I've seen that there is a computer port on the brain of the alarm but can't find any documentation or even product that I can use with my PC. And I don't really want to pay someone to do this. Any ideas? I have a Viper/DEI 500ESP alarm.

on the shock sensor there should be a little dial, turn it and find out which direction makes it more sensitive
