WTF ??? real big engine trouble

As all of you know i embarked on a pretty big project about a month ago and changed the timing belt and the bushings on my car. well today another surprise when i started running the car to bleed my brakes. After the car would warm up i would get a load of white smoke coming out of the exhaust. After i stoped the car and started it again after 2 hrs i noticed that there would be oil dripping down from between the header and the cat, so i decided to take the sparkplus off and inspect them, and see of there is anything in the engine. well # 1 sparkplug was full of oil, and the cylinder was also filled up with oil. tomorow i am taking the head off and see what the hell is going on. also after i noticed the oil i did a compression check and that cylinder read a whoping 250psi.
