Powersteering and airconditioning?

Ok, I drive a 92 Civic LX 1.5. I have no airconditioning, and I'm getting ready to take off the power steering. Does anyone have an estimate on how much HP that frees up?

HMM...I'll shoot the middle and believe 8......he...I'll feel a difference if it's more than 10, so I'll take it off and post back. Oh yeah , I forgott, my car isn't running right now. When it is, I will.

3 or 4 horse is about what youll get. The AC really dont sap the power too much because its on a clutch. When your not using it, it spins fairly free.

don't expect a whole lot from removing the ps. I took mine off (cuz the pump's leaking and causing a mess) and didn't notice much except that steering was suddenly more difficult. I plan on swapping out the whole system, but only because it's cheaper than buying a new pump. PS is a nice luxury so if you have any doubt whatsoever, don't do it.
