$750 a month? not too bad for a single, im paying $720 rent, 100 cable/internet, ~$60-$80 a month electric. but its all split 2 ways.

Damn...FL and CA are expensive places to live. Here at school I share a 2 bed/2 bath duplex for $425/month plus ~$100 for cable TV/computer and ~$50 for the phone.

sounds like a good deal but damn thats expensive! Here in tuscaloosa we rent a 3 bed/2 bath house that is around 1600ft2 for $1000 a month + around $300 for other costs. Split three ways it is really cheap... that and my room is 16'x14'...

santa barbara is one of the highest costs for living in the country ;-)
a house like yours at SB is easily 2-4 grand a month |
