Hello !
I bought the muffler, is the best muffler that I ever had before. It looks awesome! During installation I remove the catalytic too. When testing the muffler, it makes a deep deep sound during low rpm until almost 5k it becomes some weeeeeeee… but not so loud. I felt some increase in the car power, I’m not sure if it’s a psychological gain but I felt it! For example, when accelerating fast and when shifting from 1st to 2nd, my tires make a screech sound like if it increased the car’s power, but I will see if it lowered my time in the 1/8 of mile until Saturday night and I’ll post results. Last Saturday 11.18s.. Thanks! |

Ahhh who runs an 1/8 go for the manly 1/4 mile run 11.18 is sorry for an 1/8 mile run.. You really should have went with a catback and no there will not be any recordable HP gains on a catback either unless you and a High Performance header also like DC Sports.. You might feel power if you still have the cat off... Just my .02

yea i do think it is just a psychological thing.. cuz if it sounds good the more u give it gas, and if u like that sound then your are going to give it more gas than normal, and thats where u get your wheel spin, i doubt that u got that much of a gain..but hey if u like thats good! i am not hating, or being a smart _ss thats just whats going on..... enjoy your new toy!

I cant tell exactly what helped me, but I'm preatty sure, that removing the cat was very usefull. I notice some power gain in higher rpms, from 4 - 6k.
