i have skunk2 stage 2 cam in my b16a2 with a apexi vtec controller and when the vtec kicks in, the car acts as if i was hitting the rev limiterand slow down, then move really fast,i have the vtec set at 5500. do you guys think its that i need a (fuel press regu) so that the cam can change over whitout bogging. thanx

what RPM are the cams optimized for? I'm assuming that they came with a cam card or some other sheet that says all about them. Chances are that you need to raise your vtec engagement point, because in theory if the engine isn't spinning fast enough to take advantage of the high rpm camshaft lobe, then it could cause it to bog down.
Otherwise it could indeed be a fuel problem. I'm pretty sure you can use the vafc to move the fuel enrichment point, or you can adjust it manually.

i was playing around with the vafc today and was wondering what would happen if i cange the vtec point up, so i changed it fron 5500 to 6300 and it runs great.

heh glad i helped
just make sure you have enough fuel for when the fuel engages. I think there's a way to move the fuel enrichment from the stock vtec point to the new point using the vafc but i don't know how to do that yet. So you could just do it manually if you have to.
