well i finally took the engine apart on the teg and this is what i have found:
this cylider was filler with engine oil |

yeah, i know the oil helps, but it is in the wrong places in that engine.

I've taken apart many motors. That carbon/oil build up is normal on those cylinders and head ports, especially for an older car like yours.
