HELP...angel eye install
Ok I havnt posted in months but we bought a new pair of angel eye headlights for my friends car and our luck it didnt come with instuctions.
We pluged in the light and turned on the cars lights and nothing came on. There is also this red wire comming out of a relay. I really have no clue what that is. I can ONLY get the brights to work. Well I take it that the red and the black wires commming from the halos go to the parking lamps. So you need to splice them in. But the parking lamp has 3 wires on it. I thought this would be a 10 mins job....hahah...im never going to buy stuff of ebay again. |

You got them on ebay? Haha, I think I may have the same ones.
Here's what ya do. I think it came with its own harness.. correct? Well fux the harness. We plugged the headlights into the stock wiring harness, and just wired a switch to the angel eyes via the fusebox on the driver's side. viola, lights! We rigged 'em to a spare fuse spot.

Oh wait, was this for a civic? or what. If they ARE faulty headlamps, I'll give you mine (99-00 civic) for cheap. I'm converting my car completely back to stock again.
