Video Card, bandwidth?
I've been out of it for a long time..
How important is the bandwidth rating? FX 5200 Ultra with 10.4gb/sec (128DDR) vs FX 5700 LE with 6.4gb/sec (256 DDR).. Which should perform better?

The 5700 card will be slower but you should be able to overclock it because they are a clocked down 5700. I heard of an LE being overclocked to the same speed as an Ultra, like 400+ on mem and core.
Bandwith is important but I think the AGP bus is limited so it'll probably cap out before anything else.
