Which o2 sensor? I don't know about the '91s, but I have several on my car. From what little I know, there's no way to fix a faulty o2 sensor, you just gotta bite the bullet and buy a new one.

u need to buy a small part...it's a socket that's had one side cut into it so you'll be able to put that over the o2 sensor. Mine was really a ***** and then it broke and broke into pieces...let's hope yours it's as rusted as mine was. It's pretty easy if your exhaust manifold looks in good shape. Just get the socket and turn toward the engine and it should unscrew...if it doesn't want to come off...try NOT to force it off that's what happened to me..good thing my macanic broke it not me so he just took a torch to it and after 30min he got it off....we both got scared when it snapped. hope u have better luck

well you need to let the engine warm up a bit before trying to remove it, otherwise the sensor will be a ***** to take out.
