who makes a good B18b rebuild kit?
I'm going to be in need of a rebuild in my '89 hatch with the B18b conversion. It's a bone stock LS engine right now and it's blowing some smoke out the back. I want to rebuild it pretty close to stock specs with stock compression ratio and such. Who makes a good rebuild kit with new rods, pistons, rings, bearings, etc?

Why get a kit? Piece it together yourself to the specs and with parts you want. With most kits, you're limited on the options (if any) you have for any of the components.

Why keep it stock if you're rebuilding it anyway? JE Pistons, Crower rod, TotalSeal rings, and whatever head you want.
