H22a swap in 01 Civic
i have two things to ask...
should i go JDM or USDM with the engine swap? Ive heard JDM can be a lil more difficult cause of wiring. Is this right? other thing I thing im going to buy a h22a 92-95 complete changeover it comes with : - Motor - Hydrolic Tranny - ECU (P13) - Axles with Half Shaft - Shifter Cables - Shifter Assembly - Stock Motor Mounts - Alternator - Starter - Clutch - Flywheel - Intake Manifold - Exhaust Manifold - Fuel Rail - Injectors - Distributor - Engine Harness - Comes With All Sensors Needed - LSD Tranny (Optional +$300 should i go with that tranny for the extra 300 and will there be anything else i will need to swap ? also what about aircondition i kno this is stupid but its hot where i am |

I would go with a k20A swap because it'll be easier.
K20A 2.0 16V DOHC i-VTEC 220hp@8000rpm 206tq@7000rpm here's the mount kit you'll need. http://www.hasport.com/Products/Moun...unt%20ESK1.htm I don't know what exactly you'll need as far as wireing and ecu. I imagin you will just use the k20 harness and ecu, but you're going to have to have work on your pedal assembly if you want to go to manual. Check into the k20a it's a lil more expensive but worth it in your case. |

h22 in your car is going to cost too much money - IF it will even fit.......
the k20 will fit. its been done a few times obviously, since theres a mount kit. |
